Feinste Essigspezialität aus original italienischem Rotweinessig mit Traubenmostkonzentrat. Kühne Aceto Balsamico di Modena wird aus aromatischen Zutaten aus der Region Modena hergestellt. Der Essig wird mindestens 2 Monate gelagert und erhält sein vollmundig-mildes Aroma durch den hohen Anteil an Traubenmostkonzentrat. Er eignet sich ideal zur Zubereitung von Antipasti und italienischen Salaten wie Tomate-Mozzarella, dunklen Saucen und zum Abrunden von Fleisch- und Gemüsegerichten.
