1. Geltungsbereich

Für alle Lieferungen und Leistungen der German Food Grocery aus dem
Internetshop gelten die nachfolgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen
(AGB) in der zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung gültigen Fassung.


2. Vertragspartner

Bei Bestellung wird ein verbindlicher Kaufvertrag zwischen dem Käufer
und der German Food Grocery, im folgenden „Verkäufer“, geschlossen.


3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss

Alle Angebote sind unter Vorbehalt. Sollte ein Artikel nicht mehr
lieferbar sein, so erstatten wir den Kaufpreis dieses Artikel zurück.
Regressansprüche können NICHT geltend gemacht werden.
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung akzeptieren Sie die Allgemeinen
Geschäftsbedingungen und gehen einen rechtsverbindlichen Vertrag ein.
Die Zahlung hat innerhalb von 7 (sieben) Tagen zu erfolgen.


4. Widerrufsrecht

Da wir zum Großteil Lebensmittel mit einem angegebenen
Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum ausliefern, können wir leider kein
Widerrufsrecht einräumen.


5. Preise

Es gelten die auf unserer Internetseite zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung
aufgeführten Preise. Die Preise sind in EURO oder US Dollar angegeben
und verstehen sich zuzüglich der Versandkosten. Die angebotenen Artikel
werden als Exportartikel aus Deutschland verkauft. Aus diesem Grund
enthalten sie keine Mehrwertsteuer.


6. Zahlung & Lieferung

Wir akzeptieren grundsätzlich NUR Zahlungen per PayPal. Die Zahlung ist
unmittelbar nach der Bestellung durchzuführen. Wir versenden erst nach
vollständigem Zahlungseingang. Versand auf Rechnung oder per Nachnahme
ist nicht möglich. Alle anfallenden *Gebühren für Transaktionen per
PayPal werden vom Verkäufer getragen*.


7. Versand

Wir übernehmen keinerlei Haftung für Artikel, welche nicht in das
jeweilige Land importiert werden dürfen. Es ist die Pflicht des Käufers
sich über Zollvorschriften und Einfuhrverbote des jeweiligen Landes
zu informieren.


9. Zollgebühren

Anfallende Zollgebühren sind grundsätzlich vom Empfänger zu tragen.


10. Zusätzliche Kosten

Wir übernehmen keinerlei Haftung für zusätzlich entstehende Kosten.


11. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen des Vertrages einschließlich dieser
Geschäftsbedingungen ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein oder eine Lücke
